Job requirements:

1. Master degree or above in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, applied chemistry, etc;

2. At least 5 years of work experience in drug synthesis or organic synthesis, familiar with the operation of organic synthesis systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Those with experience in drug synthesis or organic synthesis are preferred;

3. Good English proficiency, able to write professionally in English;

4. Proficient in the commonly used compound separation and purification techniques and structural identification methods in the laboratory, such as NMR, HPLC, LC MS, IR, etc., able to proficiently search and apply various chemical literature and patents;

5. Having good observation and identification skills, strong project management experience, professional dedication, innovative spirit, and teamwork ability;

6. Have a high sense of work responsibility and enterprising spirit, and good professional ethics.

Job Description:

1. Complete the project on time within the agreed time frame of the company. Complete process development and optimization as needed, assist the factory in completing pilot and trial production;

2. Independently completing literature review and graph analysis, able to design compound synthesis routes based on literature, develop project plans, and implement them;

3. Proficiently complete various common chemical reactions, master the chemical separation and purification technology commonly used in the laboratory, optimize reaction conditions, and prepare complete and systematic experimental reports;

4. Lead the project team to complete established research tasks, guide project team members to complete daily work, and be able to independently solve project problems;

5. Familiar with laboratory safety management and experience in process safety.
