Job requirements:

1. College degree or above in chemistry, pharmacy, pharmaceutical engineering, chemical engineering and technology and other related majors;

2. Production experience in chemical raw materials or intermediates, production management experience, and factory installation and construction experience are preferred;

3. Possess a strong sense of responsibility, enterprising spirit, high team spirit, and cooperation spirit.

Job Description:

1. Conduct production activities in accordance with the company's current rules and regulations and SOP;

2. Provide equipment and safety and environmental protection training for production workshop personnel, and adjust the training content as necessary;

3. Organize production workshop personnel to produce according to production instructions;

4. Organize production workshop personnel to conduct equipment confirmation, daily maintenance, and equipment abnormality judgment and handling;

5. Check the safety and environmental protection equipment and facilities in the production workshop to ensure that safety and environmental protection comply with regulations;

6. Organize production workshops to conduct on-site inspections of safety hazards and fixed locations, and organize personnel to rectify them.
