2. Solid professional knowledge in organic synthesis, able to complete chemical retrieval and design synthesis routes under guidance.

3. Familiar with the characterization methods of compounds, such as nuclear magnetic resonance, liquid phase, liquid quality, etc. Proficient in mastering; Familiar with literature retrieval tools such as Scifinder and Realys.

4. Have a team spirit, be flexible, innovative, and result oriented in completing designated work tasks; Possess good communication skills and can provide constructive solutions to problems encountered in work.
